Where`s Franktown 2012
Another record-breaking year. Over 600 runners, 2500 photos. Noella was there cheering on the runners, even running most of them in to the finish line. What an awesome inspiration!
Saint Patrick's Day
It was another great year for the annual Saint Patrick's day run. We got some great shots of the runners, approximately 10000 photos in total.
30th Richmond Road Race
Today was the 30th Annual Richmond Road Race.
For thirty years, brave souls have gone as bare as they dare. Some people wear shorts, others wear kilts. I had on 4 layers of pants!
It was -22C, bright and sunny. Perfect day for a run.
Cookie Run 2011
600 cookie monsters braved the cold today to run in several races at the NRC compound in east Ottawa. We got about 2,200 photos and almost as many cookies!
Hot day in Hintonburg
Isaac and I were photographing the annual Hintonburg 5K today. I love this event. It is a small race with a big feel. The participants and staff are always so friendly and accomodating, we just love it!
We got around 1500 shots, and they look great!
Happy Canada Day!
The Bushtukah Canada Day Road Race keeps getting bigger every year. This year there were close to 1300 participants. Our talented photographers (Marc Lavoi, Isaac McEvoy, Bill McEvoy) managed to get over 15,000 photos of the runners!
Where is Franktown? Run 2011
We had an incredible turnout this year. My guess is there were over 500 runners.
I have 2200 photos to process and upload. That is 10GB of pictures to go through, in case you are interested. I'll send out a notification once they are ready to go. Remember, all the photos from this race are completely free.
Update: The photos are uploaded and indexed. You can search for your pictures based on your bib number. The free downloads are being prepared now, a link will be included shortly.
Saint Patricks Day Run
There were around 700 participants this year, a great turnout. Our photographer Bill took over 3000 pictures. They are being processed and will be up on the site in a few hours.
